I reached out to support 24 hours ago and have not received a response. 

What support channel did you reach out to?


The bot which pushed me to the Facebook messenger inbox 


If you sent koodo a private message on Facebook a rep should get back to you. Just don't keep messaging as each new message will put you back to the bottom of the queue
