Roaming charges did not leave country

My recent bill includes $28 for roaming when I did not leave the country.

 

I reached out to support 24 hours ago and have not received a response.

    If you sent koodo a private message on Facebook a rep should get back to you. Just don't keep messaging as each new message will put you back to the bottom of the queue
