Roaming charges

Dear Customer Service,

I am contacting you regarding incorrect charges on my recent bills.

I did not use any roaming services, but I was charged additional amounts for both last month and this month. I have already paid last month’s bill, but I cannot pay the current bill until this issue is resolved.

Please:
1. Explain the additional charges  
2. Correct any errors  
3. Send me an updated bill  

Please resolve this as soon as possible.

Were you out side of canada during the period of the charges?

When you download your detailed pdf ebill, what date was the Easy Roam charges for?

Hi ​@Hyunhkoo Moon, we’ve edited your post to hide personal information. We have also looked into the charges you mentioned and as the data usage was very low, we were able to credit six of the seven charges due to data leakage. The other charge could not be credited as there was airtime usage as well. You can check the updated total due in your self-serve.
