Roaming Charges

I was charged roaming charges on my current bill. I never left the country and I need them removed please.

I’ll flag a rep to check out the charges. Just make sure you’re logged into the community using your self serve credentials.

Going forward, I suggest you turn off roaming in your device settings and that you change your carrier selection settings from automatic to manual and then Koodo. These should help prevent this in future.

Note the carrier selection change may have to be done again if you restart your device. More info can be found below. 🙂
