roaming charge reverse, please!

Hi! My both phones charged roaming but never left Canada. Please someone help with this?

What date were you charged for, and did you receive your invoice yet?

To prevent this in the future when you are near the border, please change your network settings from Automatic to Manual and then select Koodo.  Please note that you may need to re-apply this setting after a phone restart.

Sofia - thank you for your help! May 4th for one phone and May 14th for other phone. Yes, I received a bill.

Hi ​@Bondbunny, we’ve checked the charges you mentioned and as they are accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve. 

To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
