Hi there

On my last bill I was charged roaming fees and I never left the country. I was in a Canadian airport yes but never left the country. Very confused as to why I was charged.

Hi @Dmtl, we’ve checked the charge you mentioned and as it was accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve.

To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
