roaming charge but didnt leave country

I was charged an additional $16 but did not leave the country. Please remove. Thank you.

In go into your self serve you can click to ask koodo to review a charge.

To add, to help prevent this from happening again in future, I suggest you turn off roaming in your device settings and changing your carrier selection setting from automatic to manual and then choosing Koodo.

Note that these settings may have to be changed again if you restart your device, but they should help going forward 🙂. More info can be found here:

Hi ​@Kaybear, we’ve checked the charge you mentioned and as it was accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve. 

To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
