Retail EPP BestBuy


Hi I got a confirmation of 50% off my plan and 10/24 off in my phone tab as an employee of Bestbuy Mobile. But in my first bill I don’t see the 10/24 credit smh. Do I need to reapply for EPP discount?

The credits usually show up on your second or third bill. I would suggest you to wait until you get your next bill. If it still does not show afterwards, you can speak with your HR department at Best Buy to see if the EPP discount has been properly added or not.
