Request to Review June Invoice, Previous Balance, and Discounts

I had no outstanding balance, but my June invoice shows a previous balance of $32.48. I believe this amount may have been charged twice. Could you please review my payment history and explain why this previous balance appears?
Also, could you provide a detailed breakdown of the $77.28 invoice and confirm whether all applicable plan discounts and promotions were properly applied?

We have looked into it and we can confirm that the payment for the previous bill has been received.

The most recent bill is higher as there was a Travel pass activated. We recommend downloading the PDF bill in self serve for a breakdown of the charges and let us know if you have any further questions.
