Request to Cancel Koodo Plan While Outside Canada

Hello,

 

I hope you are doing well.

 

I am currently outside of Canada and unfortunately I am unable to stay connected through phone calls with Koodo customer service.

 

I would like to request the cancellation of my Koodo mobile plan. I would appreciate it if you could guide me through the process or let me know what information is required from my side to complete the cancellation.

Since you are currently out of the country, I would suggest you to send a message to a rep on Facebook Messenger or Twitter to cancel your account. https://m.me/Koodo

Alternatively, you can download an app that can make or receive calls from Canada, such as Fongo, and schedule a callback through Koodo Assist to that number instead. https://Koo.do/Chat

To add, do you have a prepaid or postpaid account? If postpaid, please follow the suggestions from MilyWay above.

If prepaid, you need to make sure that automatic payments have been removed within your Koodo self-serve account. Once removed, the service will be suspended at the end of the current 30-day period. After an additional 90 days of no payment, the account will simply close. 

If you have issues removing this payment method, you can have a social media rep assist you.
