i need to speak with someone in customer service because your self serve does is not helpful l. yes im registered. i need to remove my card from this service however the option is not showing under self serve. when I go into manage payment, the option to remove is not available, only to update.

Just to double check, are you looking to remove the credit card for the subscription?

There isn’t a way to remove a credit card from the subscription-based service, however if the subscription is cancelled, the payment will stop as of next billing cycle.
