regarding bill issues

Hi,

I recently ported out my two phone numbers from Koodo Mobile and cancellation; however, I have received a billing statement afterward.

We have looked into it and according to the billing details, the charges are related to the pre-authorized payment discount that was applied on the previous bill. If the services are cancelled before the last day of the billing cycle, discounts or credits do not apply for partial billing periods.

I assume you have received your cancellation email?

From your description, It appears you ported the number after the bill is generated, hence no cancellation is reflected in that bill. In the next bill (final bill) you would see the cancellation.

I received a cancellation confirmation from Koodo Mobile at that time, and my account also shows as canceled. I made a bill payment after the cancellation; however, I have since received another bill with an additional charge.
