reconnection

I was late on my payment, and got cut off, last night I made my payment, so far I’ve reported my payment twice, and it said it would be reconnected within in an hour of restart, which didn’t happen. Then it said my data was blocked and wouldn’t let me on to the app, which isn’t even an app. How do I get my service back on?

Hi there,

Have you tried calling #227? You should be able to do this even if disconnected to report the payment.

Once the payment has been confirmed, it can take up to an hour but that is when the service should be back up and running after you restart the device. I suggest you give them a call. 🙂

Paying by bank takes 3-5 business days to process. Ideally when your account is suspended you pay via credit card for instant payment confirmation.
