re walmart discount

This is a public forum, please mask your phone number and email address. What information does Walmart need? You can probably download your service agreement from self serve and hand that over to your employer?

As for the discount, you would have to contact your Walmart HR and ask them for the form. They should be able to help you.

You will then need to send the completed form and a copy of your most recent pay stub to the email listed on the form.
