Plan rate changed without consent or email received, deceiving.

And no, a message in small prints at the bottom of a bill, that no one opens when everything’s normal, is not a viable notice

Terrible service.

Thank you,

Unfortunately the CRTC considers that enough notification.  And because of that, Koodo is in compliance with the wireless code.

I dont like it as well, but there is not much you can do.

I would suggest looking that plan options by going to change your plan, but I think your self serve may not allow you.  But give it a try and let us know if it works.  If it doesnt work, I can flag a rep for you to see if there is a better plan than what you even had before available to you.

They won’t let me change it, because “I” changed it in the last billing cycle and they also removed like all the “cheap” interesting plans.

You can speak with a rep on Koodo Expert Messaging and see if they can help you with a plan change. There are no guarantees, but it is worth a try. https://Koo.do/Chat
