Hey there. So, according to Koodo, as of last month, I had finished paying off my Tab Balance of $32 for an IPhone 11 I had upgraded to in October of 2020. However, I’ve noticed my most recent bill still has that usal tab charge of said $32. Isn’t your Tab Charge supposed to decrease when it hits $0? 

Just wondeering, and every time I try to use Assist so I can get in touch with a sales rep, it tells me they’re too busy and gives me the run-around. I just want clarity on this issue. 

 

Can you login to your self serve and check your Tab history?

I posted mine here and this means that  my Tab will be all paid off after the September 19 bill.  So, I won't see any tab charge  on my Oct bill.
