Prorated Bill Overcharge

I signed up for $30 for 20 gb on Nov 30th.  The first bill was broken into 2 parts:

(1) Nov 30th - Dec 7th at $16.50 [I expected $7.50 or ¼ of $30];

(2) Dec 8th - Jan 7th for $30.   

How do I get Koodo to correct the pro-rated portion of the bill from $16.50 to $7.50 ?

Koodo gives 24 (or 15) months credit, starting from the first full month and ending at the last. They don't prorate credit, well not unless you complain loud enough to them directly 🙂
