Assuming your bill is past due, you should be able to set up a payment arrangement on your Self-Serve account. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/past-due-bill

How are you trying to pay?

Are you able to call 611 and pay over the phone via the automated system by using a credit card?

Can you expand a bit on “not allowed to pay”. Are you receiving an error when you attempt to pay or can you not access your Koodo self serve at all?
