Plan was changed without notice or consent

My plan was changed without notice or consent (no email, no small print on previous bill). I cannot even go in and change my plan until the next billing cycle, so I am stuck with this more expensive charge. I cannot reach a rep despite trying for the last few hours. How is this legal?

How much is the rate increase? Did you check your bills from the last three periods? You will likely see it on the bottom of the last page of your bill in small print notifying you of the rate increase.
