plan was changed

I switched from public mobile to koodoo my plan was $45 and I was able to keep that plan however today I get my bill and koodoo switched my plan to the $55 plan that I dont need or want and now i cant get ahold of a representative to fix it

How did you switch to Koodo?

Are you sure you didnt switch to the $55 plan that becomes $45 when you get the Auto-pay by bank $10 credit?

When I logged into my public mobile account they had thw switch offer there but no it was a deal with auto pay I was able to keep my plan I had with public mobile nothing was supposed to be changed I was keeping my 60g of data as well and now its at 100g

Is it 100GB that is $55, but comes with a $10 auto pay by bank credit to make it $45?

No I dont have a copy of the offer but I didnt sign on for the 100g data switch all my stuff was to remain the same I didn't need extra data that's why I didnt take that offer
