Plan Change

My plan has been changed from UL Can Mins with 8GB of data at $50/month to UL Mins Plan SFD at $55/month.  I didn’t request a plan change.  How do I get this changed back?

I assume you still have the 8 GB of data?

If so, it could be you had a monthly discount for a period of time ($5) as many Koodo plans are sold that way.

Yep, still have the 8GB.   Could be - I don’t need 8GB so maybe I can get that changed.

You can get your plan changed online if you want.

Or it could be a simple price increase.

Check your last month or prevy EBill ( very bottom of the page), they might mentioned about price increase.
