Just to confirm, are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? if you would like more data, have you tried to change your plan into something else that has more data within self-serve? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/changing-your-rate-plan?

What plan do you have?  DId your plan come with data?  If so, did you turn on data on your phone?

Assuming it is past due, did you pay the connection fee? Have you tried restarting your phone? You may want to dial #227 to speak with the billing department.
