Hello, my phone number is not working. We had asked for a three month pause on it. I see a minus $106 credit on my account but I am not able to receive calls while dialing the phone by number I get the error. This number cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the error and try. again . How do I get this restarted? I need to get this done urgently, please. thanks

Since you mentioned “you asked for a 3 month paused”, did you ask for the phone number to be on a “seasonal hold” plan? if that was the case, your phone number wouldn’t be able to receive or make call.
If you are back to Canada, you could log into self-serve and change your plan into a normal plan https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/keeping-your-account-open-when-travelling?
