I need to pay my due billing but I am unable by receiving a 500 error page. I have tried several times at different hours and this doesn’t work.

I am outside the country, cannot call. 

I am using a Canadian credit card.

Please contact PM asap.

 

@francebaby We have had a handful of customers having challenges to pay from abroad.  We are looking into it as it appears certain anti-fraud measures are being triggered when they shouldn’t have. I can’t tell you this will be solved this week, for now our reccomendation would be to make payment using your bank account. Thanks for your understanding!


Thank you. Using bank account I cannot as I have to approve from my Canada cell which I do not have access to. Could you please stop the late fees from adding up until I am back in canada?


@francebaby How long are expected to be away? Asking only as it’s not about the dollar or so for the late fee, but the account could be suspended for non-payment if we are talking several weeks delay. If you are back soon, no worries, just message us here and we will help out with the invoice at the time.
