My last bill had a duplicate payment, and I have already stopped services from Koodo. Kindly assist in crediting the duplicate amount back to my bank account.

Hi there,
The duplicate payment once processed will apply as a credit onto your account and will then be refunded to you.
Refunds for any amount above $5 for unused days will be automatically processed within seven days from the first bill after cancellation. The refund will be issued to the payment method on file. For any other payment method, including Visa Debit, a cheque will be mailed to you. More information can be found below. 🙂
