Can anyone help me? 

As I have left Canada, and did not have enough money in my Canadian bank account to pay my bills, and Koodo did not accept overseas VISA card? May I know what can I do?

    You will have to contact them directly to accept your foreign credit card. Best way is Facebook or Twitter DM - or schedule a call back on any (VoIP) Canadian number like Fongo.
