Hello, I switched over from Telus to Koodo. And i know about partial charges moving from providers. I received discounts but I believe there should have been a discount prorated on my Pre authorized payment discount portion of the bill. Someone please explain this, thanks.

For auto pay, koodo does not provide partial credits. They only provide full credits for the month of service, not the prorated portion. More on this can be found below.
