I just upgraded the plan on one of my phone lines (ending in 1326)
The new plan is $40./month less $10 discount for preauthorized payments = $30./month
The old plan was $25. per month.
The change was made 3 days into a new billing cycle, July 18 to August 14.
I was creditied $22.50 for the old plan (90% of the month)
I was then billed $36.00 for the new plan (again, 90% of the month)
That being said, I should qualify for 90% or the preauthorized discount for this billing period (-$9.00) ?
Am I correct in feeling I should have been charged $27.00 instead of $36.00 ?
