I was overbilled $10 on July 25 at 1:29pm. I was not out of the country so there should not be a roaming charge. How do I get this removed form my statement.

Hi there,
This can happen when and your local towers get quite busy. Your device will try to connect to the strongest signal, in this case, it’s possible your device connected to the USA briefly and you were charged. This tends to happen if you’re close to the USA border.
You can request for a charge on your bill to be reviewed through your Koodo self-serve account. Once you do, the charge will be reviewed within 4hrs by Koodo’s dedicated team. Steps to do this can be found here: Ask us to review a charge on your bill | Koodo Mobile
Going forward, to help prevent this in future, I suggest you turn off roaming in your device settings and change your carrier selection settings from automatic to manaual and then Koodo. Note that this may have to be reset if you restart your phone. More on how to avoid possible roaming can be found here: Understanding how you'll be charged while travelling | Koodo Mobile
