Hi  I  have issue every time you charge me extra amount in the bill and there is no representative number or customer support number

What is the issue with your bill? You can submit a request on your Self-Serve account to have a rep review the charge. They will get back to you within 4 hours. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/ask-us-to-review-a-charge-on-your-bill
