I need a fully itemized receipt. The normal receipt that you send is not useful for my worker.

You can find it online on your self-serve account :

Log in to your Self Serve account.
Select Self Serve at the top of the screen, and then select Billing from the drop-down menu.
To view your most recent bill, select View PDF.
To download your bill, head back to Billing and select Download bill (PDF).
