One bill. One payment.

I have Koodo Mobile, Internet, and Streaming services.  How do I get all these services on monthly one bill, and one full monthly payment.  As of right now, I'm paying for everything on separate days of the month.

Unfortunately there isn't a way to put them all on one bill. Only your mobile postpaid service generates an actual bill. Koodo Internet and Stream+ are subscription services, so instead of a bill you get a monthly receipt for the amount charged to your credit card, each on its own cycle https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/how-pay-your-bill

You can still see everything in Self Serve, the mobile bill under Payment options and the subscription receipts where you can also update the card. If you set up pre-authorized payments on the mobile side, all three would come out automatically, the dates just wouldn't line up.

Yeah.  One payment.  All services.  You'd think everyone would want to do that.  Make everything simpler.  Unless…

Wait.  Is Koodo trying to make things like payments difficult, so we, the consumer, lose track/miss payments/etc. and wind up paying more?  Now here's the sarcastic part.  No!  Giant multi-million/billion/trillion dollar companies would never, ever do anything like that to their customers.

Stop splitting up the bills and payments.  Put them all in one, if they're with the same customer.  Shouldn't be that hard.  Customers have files with services bought.  You render services.  I pay for services on ××/××/20×× date.  Why not just change the date in the file?  It's called an "Edit' button.  We're asked to use one to update our payment information.  You do the same!

Then maybe everyone should be angry.  Many people standing together is sometimes the only way change happens.  One bill per month just makes sense.

Plus, a customer, whether right or wrong, should not be explaining the way a business model works.  Someone who works for the business should.  Don't stand up for the multi-faced, multifaceted, multi-million dollar plus company, when they should be answering for themselves.
