NSF fee refund

I incurred an $80 nsf fee on this statement due to an account mix up with the bank. I’d like to request a refund. I’ve never been late or missed a payment. I tried to submit a request to review the charge but it will not let me.

So… you made a payment from the wrong bank/account?

I don’t think banks “mix up” accounts — and if they did, you’d need to ask your bank to refund the NSF, not the provider.

If you want to talk about it with Koodo, set up a callback and speak with a rep. They can review your account and payment history to see what they can do.

But in this case, the NSF is a valid charge tho.
