NSF fee? Paid the bill before due day

I’m on auto-payments. My bill this month was initially declined due to insufficient funds in my bank account. I added funds in my account right after I received the notice (like one day after) and it showed on my bank account that the bill had been paid. But it didn’t show on my self serve page.

Will this trigger a NSF fee still? Can anyone please help me review it? Thank you.

Unfortunately the failed attempt itself is what triggers the NSF fee, so paying a day later doesn't usually prevent it. It would show up on your next bill. Once it appears, use Ask us to review a charge in Self Serve https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/ask-us-to-review-a-charge-on-your-bill and explain you paid in full before the due date. No guarantee, but it's worth a try.

For the Self Serve side, it can take a day or two to update. If you can see the money left your bank, don't pay again or you may double pay. I would also check your pre-authorized payment is still on the account, a failed attempt usually gets it removed automatically and the autopay credit goes with it.

It seems likely you will be charged the NSF fee. There is a recent post where payment was declined and the customer received a notice.
