Why am I not receiving an email that my account is due?  

Hello @Lag,

After reviewing your account, we noticed that you were receiving bill notifications via SMS. The latest one was sent on March 12th. However, you weren't receiving email notifications because you had only selected SMS in your Self Serve settings. We have now updated your preferences to include email notifications as well. From now on, you will receive both SMS and email notifications for your future bills.
