Hello. I was away from Canada for more than 2 weeks. I had an esim activated the moment I landed Japan. When I came back to Canada, I was charged $90 for roaming when I did not even use my roaming.. I’m wondering if I can dispute the charges.

The ER/VC calls in the logs are markers for events that triggered Easy Roam. To find more information about them, I recommend you go into Self Serve and check the data and text usage sections. Compare the timestamps of those usage items with your phone's records to see if Koodo reported them correctly.
