need roaming charges reversed

Hi there, I need to get the easy roam charges that were charged in the last 30 days to both my phone lines reversed. I live in BC close to the border but have not crossed into US. I have taken advice from previous reps but am still noticing I am being charged for easy roam occasionally

Hi ​@Hannahelizabeth, we’ve checked the charges you mentioned on your April bill and as they are accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve. 

To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.

I signed up for 14 day Europe Travel plan  for $50 on March 27. I travelled from April 6- April 15. I just received my April bill that has $126 roaming charges. I did not exceed the limit. I would like these charges removed as I paid for a travel plan that should have covered this.

If one cannot be confident that the travel plan works, why would I continue to use Koo do service. I have been a happy customer until now but am very disappointed.

@MKL did get a confirmation text or email about  the travel pass being added?
