A mystery $6.22 recurring on my statement

Have you got a chance to download the pdf bill and check the page 3,4 of it to see what happened? Typically there should be more information there.

NO, I have no ablity to do this!   I now just get phone messages and have yet to find the bill!!  My phone is an old Iphone so impossible to read the whole bill!

Sorry there are no details, just a charge that is NOT explained.  But trying to get one is beyond my abilities.

What happens when you try to download the detailed PDF ebill on your older iphone?  Is there an error?

Hi ​@Ihatekoo, we checked your account, there’s no specific recurring $6 charge on your latest bills but there is a $6.28 past due from your last bill which was carried over to your current bill.
