My phone activated Easy Roam when I did not leave the country. I need the charge removed.

On March 28, 2026, my phone activated Easy Roam when I had not left the country. The charge needs to be removed from my phone.

We have checked and the bill is not issued. Please let us know here once the bill is issued and we will definitely look into it.

My bill has been issued and the charge is on it. I would like it credited back.

thank you for confirming that the charge showed on the bill. I will flag a rep to take a look.

Just make sure to be logged into the community using your self serve credentials and the rep should be able to assist. To prevent this in future, I suggest you check out the article that Flo had provided above. They will respond here as I have. 🙂

Hi ​@Cathy monthly customer, we’ve checked the charge you mentioned and as it was accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self-serve. 

To avoid future charges please make sure that the data roaming is off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
