Hi, I saw my monthly rate has been charged from 45 to 51, but I didn’t make that change. I wasn’t even notified for that change. Now I can’t change it back to 45 because the website said I already changed it once in the month, but I did not. Can you change it back to 45 and refund me the difference for what I’ve paid?

+4You can find the notice on your PDF e-bill. Please download your previous month's PDF bill and scroll down to the bottom of the page. ( Yes, I understand noone checks there..)
I would contact them - set up a call‑back. Then ask them to change your plan or see what they can offer. Make sure to tell them that due to the price increase, you’re not able to change your plan—so there should be no fee for the plan change.
