my bill payments

Hi there  my name is Darelene when I set up my cellphone and add  automatic payment from my bank account  I set it up for the 28th of every month. I found out that they are putting through on the 26th of every month that is 3 days before my pay days then yous charge me a extra  80.00 for a nfs charge this is the 3rd time this has happened  .this bill here for November is a 134.00 the funds are there right now .can you please take it out now .And then on  take payments out on the 28th of every month.   Thank you .

Pre-authorized payments can't be set to a specific date. They come out approximately 15 days before the last day of your next billing cycle, so the 26th is just your cycle's schedule, it isn't something that can be moved. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/setting-pre-authorized-payments
