Moved out of country and cant cancel phone

Hi so I am in phone hell since I can’t speak to a human. I am living in Spain - I have a prepaid phone plan but the chatbot wants to send me a text - to a number I can’t access. I have VOIP so I could call but I can’t get a live human - EVER. Oh and the password that I have an email for says there is no email...I just need a human to answer a call

Have you attempted to reach out to a prepaid rep through Koodo’s social media pages Facebook and X(Twitter)? This is normally what is recommended if you’re out of country and unable to receive a call from the rep. The correct profiles can be found by clicking the associated logos at the bottom of this page, you just have to send them a direct message and a rep will get back to you.

Once you talk to them, you just need them to turn off automatic payment on the prepaid account. Once your 30 days is up, the account won’t renew and after another 90 days, the account will close.

If you are a prepaid customer, to cancel, all you have to do is to remove payment method (or not top up the account). Do you currently have a credit card setup as a payment method for the number?
