It turns out that the rep was from a company called TDS LLC. He gave me a discount code and was told to give this code to  another person who would phone me tomorrow.

That’s odd, we’re not aware of this company or offer. We’d recommend not sharing any personal information with them as this is most likely a scam. Have you shared any information with them already?

Sure, we can include it in a note on your account. As we’ve seen in other cases, scammers may try to access your online account. Please note, we won’t generally ask for the password to your self serve and we don’t recommend sharing it.

The number is 1-437-294-0894. I also got an email from a person claiming to be a member of the Koodo team, using customerservice.koodomobile@gmail.com email address.
