My problem was resolved by Koodo staff. We live close to the US border and roaming charges kicked in even though we have not travelled to USA in several years. My roaming charges were eliminated so all is good now!

Can you provide a screenshot of your bill with a detailed list of charges? Make sure to remove any personal details, as this is a public forum.
That sounds like you may have some additional charges on your bill. I suggest you download your full PDF bill and review it; it will outline all of the charges. To do this, refer to the steps here: Viewing and downloading your bills | Koodo Mobile
When you review the charges, do they make sense? If not, let us know and we can explain them to you or have them looked into depending on the charge.
