Hello, I’m looking to understand why my bill is higher than my usual monthly cost? I don’t see any additional charges added to my bill. Thank you.

I highly recommend logging into your self serve and downloading your detailed PDF ebill.  Compare with it your previous detailed PDF ebill.

What was the difference between the 2 PDF ebills?  Was their a credit that fell off, or a plan price increase?

My bill was also higher and I did not request any changes.  What gives??

  • My April 2026 bill was $50 with a Pre-Authorized Payments Discount of $5 = $45 + tax
  • My May 2026 bill was $60 with a Pre-Authorized Payments Discount of $10 = $50 + tax

Found the answer….

Check 2 or 3 bills previous for the notice.  Mine was 2 bills previous.  It said at the top:

Changes to your billing Your monthly bill is being increased. Please refer to the last page of this statement for additional details

On the last page it said:

Update to your monthly rate plan Starting March 2026, your monthly bill will increase by $5. Here's why: Your rate plan fee will increase from $50 to $60, but your Pre-authorised debit payment discount will also increase from $5 to $10, resulting in a net increase of $5.
