Hello,
I was charged a $75 reconnection fee on my latest billing for allegedly not paying an overdue balance by the deadline. I had previous repeated issues getting into my account, had spoken with multiple staff on trying to both get into my account and make payment (including an arrangement which would’ve prevented a suspension of service), and fortunately ended making full payment prior to the deadline yet still received the fee.
I would appreciate speaking with a supervisor on this issue.
