$20 credit is not reflected on first bill. Was charged $65 plus pro-rated amount. 

Are you a new customer or an existing customer who upgraded your phone on the new plan? 

Also, could you check the page 3 and 4 of your pdf bill to see if there was credit hidden somewhere? 


I am a new customer and I checked pages 3 and 4 there is nothing there about the credit i am supposed to receive.

That is normal that it is not reflected on the pro-rated portion of your bill.  However, for the portion of your bill with the full billing cycle, do you see the credit applied for that portion?
