Minutes OVERAGE FEE

Just received my bill and was charged an extra $12.00 for minutes on an unlimited plan. Anyone else experience this?

    It has been known to happen as a glitch fora couple reasons. Sometimes calls on the same day as plan changes can glitch a charge. You’re now able to contest charges through a form on Koodo’s site here:

      Are you a new customer?  DId a plan change happen?

      When you download your detailed pdf ebill do you see if the minutes are for call forwarding or long distance?

      Hi ​@Benner16, you were charged for long-distance calling which is not included in your plan. If you need to call abroad often, you can check our long-distance calling add-ons here. 

      The charges are valid, if you still want to dispute them you can use the bill review method linked above.
