I made a long distance call wrongly. I think is a toll free number. Is that possible to waive it since I am a loyalty customer. Please help to check. Million thanks.

How did you get charged for a toll free number? What exactly happened?


What plan do you have? Do you have a plan with limited mini and went over?

 


Did you get your pdf ebill in self serve with the charge listed?  If this has not happened, yet, please wait until the charges appear on your ebill first.  Koodo is unable to do anything until the charges are on your bill
