I understand that I owe the $400, but I did not agree to have the entire $400 withdrawn today. I had discussed my financial situation with Koodo and explained that I would pay the balance in $50 or $100 installments. This withdrawal has left me without money for my essential expenses. I am asking for the payment to be reviewed and for the amount to be returned or a reasonable payment arrangement to be established.
