I was with koodo in the past 2 months ago I switched to freedom mobile and today while checking my bank account I saw a transaction where koodo charged $31.48 from my account I guess they charged me last month as well. What should I do ?

How did you cancel your koodo account?
Do you have prepaid service like koodo home internet or Stream+?
I conected with freedom mobile they helped me to switch my account and later received text message to reply with YES to cancel the koodo switch to freedom. I uad monthly pay mobile service. No home internet
I suggest logging into you koodo self serve account and download your detailed pdf ebill.
The bill details should show the charges including upto when you canceled and any remaining tab and/or tab bonus charges applicable.
It says last payment received on 28th July 2016 $10.50. But my bank account shows charged $31.48 on 21st August.
Preauthorized payments are taken about 15 days prior to the next bill date.
Does the bank withdrawal line up with any of these?
Was your regular payments this same withdrawal? Was there a July and June withdrawal for a similar amount around the 21st of those months?
Did you check your final bill after you cancelled your account? What was the amount?
Have you removed the pre-authorized payment details from your Self-Serve account?
